Body, Mind, and Voice
No matter where you are on your vocal journey, Carol provides a balanced and individualized approach to teaching voice. From a body alignment approach, such as the Alexander Technique, to a more psychological approach, Carol is expert in identifying our own personal relationship to our voice and making key adjustments in body, mind and breath to allow us to sing from a place of ease, freedom, flexibility, and joy.

The Voice Within Studio is located in a Victorian house in Baltimore, Maryland, equipped with a grand piano, recording equipment and acoustic guitar. The studio is a nurturing place where you will be guided in realizing your unique vocal goals.
About Lessons
Training for Every Voice at Every Level
From beginner to professional – all will benefit from individualized vocal training. Carol works with adults of all ages and teens ages 12 and above. Lessons include instruction on body alignment, relaxation, breathing, tone quality and projection, range and register transitions, diction, ear-training, musicianship and theory.
